Aanya Enterprises – Titanium Dioxide Distributor

Welcome to Aanya Enterprises. These Terms & Conditions govern all sales, purchases, and business transactions related to Titanium Dioxide supplied by Aanya Enterprises. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

• Aanya Enterprises (“we,” “our,” “the Company”) is a distributor of Titanium Dioxide and related products.

• All quotations, invoices, and sales are subject to these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Orders & Pricing

• Prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice.

• Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an official purchase order and/or advance payment as specified.

• Bulk orders may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ).

3. Payment Terms

• Payments must be made as per the agreed terms on the invoice (advance, partial, or credit if applicable).

• Delayed payments may attract interest or penalties at the discretion of the Company.

• All payments must be made via approved banking channels only.

4. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• The Company is not liable for delays caused by transportation, customs clearance, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Risk and responsibility of goods transfer to the buyer once dispatched from our warehouse.

5. Quality & Liability

• We supply Titanium Dioxide as per standard specifications provided at the time of order.

• The buyer is responsible for checking the suitability of the product for its intended use.

• No liability is accepted for misuse, improper storage, or handling of the material.

6. Returns & Claims

• Returns will be accepted only if the product is found defective or not matching agreed specifications.

• Claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery, supported with proper evidence.

• The Company’s liability is limited to replacement of the material or refund (at our discretion).

7. Compliance & Safety

• Buyers must ensure that Titanium Dioxide is stored, handled, and used in accordance with applicable laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• The Company shall not be responsible for any misuse or non-compliance at the buyer’s end.

8. Force Majeure

• The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control (natural disasters, war, strikes, government restrictions, etc.).

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Plot No 67/2 Kh. No. 154 Village Pooth Khurd New Delhi-110039, Delhi, India
