At Aanya Enterprises, we strive to deliver Titanium Dioxide and related products of the highest quality. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the terms under which returns and refunds may be accepted.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only if:

  • The goods are damaged during transit.

  • The supplied product does not match agreed specifications or grade.

  • The product is found to be defective at the time of delivery.

• Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery, along with proof (invoice number, photographs, or test report if applicable).

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are opened, used, or partially consumed.

• Goods damaged due to improper storage, mishandling, or non-compliance with recommended usage.

• Bulk/clearance/discounted orders unless proven defective.

3. Return Process

1. Notify us in writing (email/letter) within 7 days of receipt.

2. Provide supporting documents/evidence.

3. Our team will review the claim and confirm acceptance.

4. Once approved, goods must be returned in original packaging (if possible).

4. Refunds & Replacements

• If your claim is accepted, Aanya Enterprises may:

  • Replace the product (preferred option), or

  • Issue a refund for the defective quantity.

• Refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days via the original mode of payment.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our error or product defect, we will bear return shipping charges.

• If the return is due to reasons other than defect/mismatch, the buyer will bear shipping charges.
